How does Distriflac produce its PET bottles ?

 

 

The preforms are reheated at an approximative temperature at 80° with 6 heating-zones, preferential on the height.

 

 

Once reheated, the preform is set manually or automatically depending of the type of machine and the quantities to be produced. Little quantities of 5000 pcs or 10000 pcs are produced on our half-automatic machine, the other productions are realized on a automatical machine. By this way, Distriflac gets a large production flexibility.

 

 

Once the preforms are placed, the produced bottles have to be taken out of the form and the blow-moulding can start. We guarantee a rate of 600 pcs/hour in half-automatic and
800 pcs/hour in automatic.
 

 

 

Thanks to its little blow-moulding machines for PET bottles, Distriflac will tomorrow be able to blow customers’ models from 5000 pcs.
As it doesn’t take more than one hour to change the moulds and as the adjustments are computerized, Distriflac can offer a unique service for little productions at a reasonable price.
